Each Participant Will...

  • RENEW their reactive ability and balance
  • RECOVER their dynamic core strength 
  • REFRESH their confidence with day-to-day living
  • REDISCOVER their playfulness through games and challenges

Work together with your teammates in a small group setting to REVIVE your fitness and body!
