Strength and Power Training for the Motivated Athlete
Open to any High School Athlete looking to Elevate their Game

Monday and Wednesday Evenings @ 3-4 PM or 5-6 PM

November 2nd - December 21st (No session 11/23)

Option for Continuation after Program Completion

Cost:  $280

Program will include:  Evidence-based programming for each athlete determined by the current phase of their season (periodization) and athletic goals

  • Weight training with the incorporation of plyometric exercises
  • Small group setting to allow for optimal focus on safe techniques
  • Education and implementation of short-term and long-term goal setting
  • Athlete education regarding recovery, nutrition, hydration and sleep
  • Educational content for parents and family regarding raising athletes

Program Director:  Dr. Matt Zellmer - Doctor of physical therapy who is also a registered athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist
Experience training high school and college athletes including soccer, basketball, tennis, football, lacrosse, hockey and baseball
